• Cuts, scratches, dents, impact damage, accidents;
• Incorrect storage, assembly, installation, use, maintenance, or cleaning methods/products;
• Upholstery, covers, cushion covers;
• Usage beyond intended purpose; normal wear & tear;
• Direct or prolonged sunlight exposure;
• Environmental/abnormal conditions (temperature, humidity, water, fire, pressure, stress);
• Abuse, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper treatment;
• Natural expansion/contraction of solid wood;
• Glue lines, seasonal splits, or joints opening due to natural wood characteristics.

• Clean regularly with a soft cloth; use lightly damp cloth gently when needed;

• Avoid dampness; wipe moisture promptly;
• Do not place hot/cold items directly; use coasters or hot pads;
• Avoid candles, irons, or heat‑generating items directly on surfaces;
• Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, solvent‑based cleaners, abrasive pads;
• Do not slide/drag objects across finished surfaces;
• Lift furniture when moving — do not drag;
• Sharp objects can cut right through the surface of the wood, leaving behind unsightly scratches and gouges.
